Welcome to Waifu Friend (“the App”), operated by the Waifu Friend team (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• The App is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.

• By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

• The App is not designed for children.

2. Description of the Service

Waifu Friend is an AI-powered chat application that allows users to:

• Interact with AI-generated characters (“waifus”)

• Create and customize AI characters

• Exchange messages processed by artificial intelligence

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reliable.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, submit, or generate within the App, including:

• Chat messages

• AI characters

• Generated images or descriptions

You agree not to create or attempt to generate content that is:

• Illegal or unlawful

• Exploitative, abusive, or harmful

• Involving minors in any form

• Explicitly pornographic

• Violating intellectual property rights

• Harassing, hateful, or discriminatory

We reserve the right to restrict, moderate, remove, or block access to content or users at our discretion.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• All AI-generated responses and content are produced automatically.

• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI output.

• AI-generated content does not represent professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

• You acknowledge that AI interactions are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.

5. Anonymous Accounts

• The App uses anonymous authentication.

• No traditional user account (email, username, or password) is required.

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and session.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed exclusively via Apple In-App Purchases.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the App Store.

• We do not handle or store payment information.

• No refunds are provided except as required by Apple’s policies.

7. Account Deletion

• You may delete your account directly within the App.

• Upon deletion:

  • All associated data is permanently removed

  • Chat messages and AI characters are deleted

• Deleted data cannot be recovered.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App

• Use the App for illegal or abusive purposes

• Attempt to bypass subscriptions or paywalls

• Interfere with the App’s infrastructure or security

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access.

9. Service Availability

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App

• We are not responsible for user-generated or AI-generated content

• Use of the App is at your own risk

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be effective once posted.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
